Franco Ramos

Franco is a History teacher from Chile who got his degree from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso. His studies in history are combined with an interest in the development and ideologies of insurgency movements. This is what drew him to this project in an attempt to portrait these political actors, which are often dismissed as mere problematic groups with no substance, in a more serious and academic way. Franco is also fluent in both Spanish and English.
