Israel has confirmed that their forces took part in the shooting, but claim that the Palestinians shot were "suspects" and that they had ignored orders to stop moving closer to an Israeli military zone near the aid center.Hamas has claimed that the Palestinians were killed while waiting to get aid, and Palestinian news channel WAFA claimed that fighter jets and artillery were involved. Neither version of the story can be independently verified, as foreign journalists are not allowed in the Gaza strip at the moment.This comes after Hamas claimed that on Sunday, June 1st, 31 Palestinians were also killed at an aid center, although Israel denies that.Sources:
