Ethan Rooney

Ethan is a 24 year old from Dublin, Ireland with a keen interest in social history and modern conflict. Ethan has always been intrigued into what factors can eventually drive people to pick up a gun and fight against a more powerful state. He is drawn to looking at the counter-cultural aspect of conflict and insurgent organisations, as well as delving into the social and cultural factors surrounding modern conflict. He believes that these aspects are significant in order to fully understand disputes.
